Jenny Jackson

American book editor and novelist. A graduate of Williams College and the Columbia Publishing Course, she has spent her career at Alfred A. Knopf, where she is a vice president and executive editor and has worked with authors including Kevin Kwan and Ann Patchett. She wrote her first novel on the side: Pineapple Street (2023), a comedy of manners about three women orbiting an old-money family in Brooklyn Heights, was a Read with Jenna pick and an instant New York Times bestseller. She lives in Brooklyn with her family.
